Every person with ADHD is different. Your coaching is tailored to your role, your strengths and the challenges you experience. Together we can work on:
Time management
Prioritising tasks
Planning and organisation
Managing overwhelm
Reducing procrastination
Emotional regulation
Workplace communication
Confidence
Focus and concentration
Managing distractions
Setting realistic goals
Accountability between sessions
Building sustainable routines
Reducing workplace stress
Preventing burnout
The aim is not to change who you are, but to help you develop strategies that allow your strengths to shine.
Why My Approach is Different
Many ADHD coaches focus solely on practical strategies. Whilst these are incredibly important, they often don’t address the emotional barriers that accompany ADHD. Many of my clients also experience:
Anxiety
Low confidence
Perfectionism
Imposter syndrome
Stress
Fear of failure
Feeling overwhelmed
Negative self-beliefs
As a qualified hypnotherapist with extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety, confidence and stress management, I offer something unique.
Where appropriate, I can combine ADHD coaching with hypnotherapy to help clients:
Quiet an overactive mind
Reduce anxiety
Build confidence
Improve self-esteem
Manage emotional overwhelm
Develop healthier thinking patterns
Sleep better
Feel calmer and more in control
This combination means we are not only developing practical strategies—we are also addressing the mindset, habits and emotional patterns that often hold people back. Many clients tell me this integrated approach helps them make changes that last.
What Results Can Coaching Achieve?
Every person’s journey is unique, but clients commonly report:
✔ Feeling more organised ✔ Less overwhelmed ✔ Greater confidence at work ✔ Better concentration ✔ Improved communication ✔ Reduced stress and anxiety ✔ Increased productivity ✔ Better work-life balance ✔ More effective routines ✔ Greater understanding and acceptance of their ADHD
Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel happier, more confident and able to thrive both professionally and personally.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will Access to Work definitely fund my coaching? Funding decisions are made by the Department for Work and Pensions based on your individual circumstances and workplace needs. While many people with ADHD receive coaching through the scheme, funding cannot be guaranteed.
Can I apply if I’m self-employed? Yes. Access to Work is available to many self-employed people who meet the eligibility requirements.
Can I apply before starting a new job? Yes. If you’re about to start work, you can apply before your start date.
Is everything online? Coaching can be delivered online, making it convenient wherever you are based, with face-to-face appointments available where appropriate.
How many coaching sessions will I need? This depends entirely on your goals and, where applicable, the funding awarded through Access to Work. We will discuss the most appropriate programme during your consultation.
