You will first be offered a consultation with me where you can discuss the issues that you are experiencing in your life and I will ask you various questions to establish how you have got to this place in your life and how you want life to be and to feel like in the future.
All things discussed are strictly confidential between ourselves and your notes are kept safely stored between sessions.
On completion of this consultation we will arrange an appointment for your first therapy session to start and I will draw up a formulation on how to help you to reach your goals.
For a stop smoking session with me the therapy is a one, 2 hour session that allows you to leave as a non smoker. No initial consultation is required and all areas and issues are explored and worked through in this appointment to allow you to leave easily as a non smoker.
