Using Hypnotherapy to Achieve Weight Control


Food represents different things to different people. Food for you could signify a craving for comfort, protection against the world or weight control positive thinking hypnotherapyeven punishment. It may be a habit, a lesson learnt to clear your plate when you were younger, or the habit of always having a dessert after your main course, even when you are full. Trauma in your life also sets off a new behaviour pattern, where food is used as a substitute for other problem areas in you life.
