Using Therapy Techniques

Using a mix of different therapies that chosen to suit your particular problems and personality

I began my clinic 9 years ago after training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.  Today I use a mixture of counselling, hypnosis and behaviour therapies to achieve results for my clients.  No two approaches are ever the same – while symptoms certainly may be similar for many clients, the reasons for them are always different.

Choosing my approach for your therapy will come directly from hearing about your problems (particularly during your initial consultation) and understanding your personality.
